In your opinion, what are the best roads to zip along on? By best I mean a good combination of straights or gentle curves, smooth roads (with NO potholes) and minimal attention by law enforcement? Also, what time of day have you found to be the best for fun?

I was cruising on the north Beltway eastbound towards 45 tonight at a nice little hop
