So Im looking at getting a hondata flash-pro and selling the apexi neo. Any and all info about what I need to get and a must have would be great. also where is the cheapest place to pick one up?

Also ... do I have to leave it in the obd2 plug while driving if not doing any data logging, or does it flash my ecu and then I can take it back out? Because in that case could I just use someones that has one and take my car and have it tuned with it?

LOL no the flashpro is locked to a VIN number according to ECU so no you cant borrow your friends. Its locked to a car at a time.

Evans tuning has them for 690 free ship unless you want to pick one up used.

You have to plug it into the OBD port if you want to datalog but if you use it just to flash then you can remove it after the flash is done.

 

Of course i THINK there is a way around flashpro in using more vehicles per unit but I cant disclose that info lol
