I just found a picture where someone utilize those pieces to "hang" it.

Probably used for storage with hoist or something.

I know I know but all he did was put string through the holes and attach stuff around (home made) but I'm sure there is a bigger purpose for it. Something that hooks on it or actually meant for it. Oh well it's alright I put mine on a stand anyway lol, was just wondering.

ok. its for the oem stand. i thought about buying one of the stands but then i thought what a waste since my ht is on 95% of the yr

I'm leaning towards without and do as Skyler suggested and have them mount the rear bumper to the over fender.

Unless you mold the piece specifically on the asm rear. I'd opt to go with just the oem flush with flare look.
