i hate strikes....
apparently because of some dock worker strikes on the west coast and mexico the last part needed to fix my car is sitting on the dock...
either that or the ppls at sterling mccall are lying to me to cover up thier inability to get parts in for me ... its been over 2 weeks now!

That sux! My car was in the shop for 4 months during my 1st year of ownership. I had most of the TSB's done, had my A/C replaced twice, and had fouled fuel injectors.
These kinds of things make you appreciate your car that much more! You'll feel like you are picking it up for the first time when she's running again.
Get well soon.

Sorry to hear that about your Z. I know the feeling. My bro was on the waiting list about 6 months for the Z & the week when they told him it was suspose to arrive, the strike happened. he was pissed!!! he was suspose to get his Z before i got my S, but i end up getting my car before he did. i felt bad for him b/c he had been driving his old car for about 10 yrs & it was just about to break down then finally the Z was suspose to be his 1st brand new car & it didn't come in on time. he was so thrilled about getting a brand new car & then the strike thing happened with the docks, i did the rite thing & let him drive my new S2000 until he got his. he deserved it. i am 20 & have been driving my old car for only 3 yrs & then i decided to get the S. my bro has been driving the same old car for 10yrs. sorry for the sappy bro & sis story
