well, as of now, looks like im leaning favorably towards lexus... mainly influenced by the price on market... lots around 9k with 100k miles... probably have that paid off in 1 year or 2

Oh without a doubt, they are a bargain for what it is. The aftermarket is huge for them too.

naw... everything will remain stock...

all my money will be dumped to condo first (update what needs to be updated), then search for s2k...

i like the stock rims on the IS... lol

Booo!!! Nah, I'd do the same thing. New appliances, flooring, and paint. Possibly upgrade the bathroom too.

yeah... right now, one of the condos has everything upgraded... wood floors, new tiles in kitchen/bathroom, granite tops... but the washer/dryer and fridge needs to go... so i'll probably need to buy those...

naw, not stainless... only a condo... will convert to stainless if i buy a house...

and yeah, front load washer/dryer...

Front load washer/dryer is nice! I blew my wad on all stainless appliances so I took the freebie washer/dryer from the builder, lol.
