Hey everyone, im just introducing myslef. My name is Mark and I have a 3rd gen. eclipse GT right now. I live in Lumberton, on the other side of Beaumont. Hopefully within the next month or so I will own a red s2k. It is sitting at my the dealership that my dad works at in California. I think im getting a pretty good deal on it. Its an 02 with 12k miles for $22,500. Whenever I get rid of my car, I will be getting the s2k.

Tomorrow im taking a ride over to houston and staying with my friend. I am going to see if I will be able to take a test drive in an s2k before I buy one. Hopefully, I will be able to meet some of you guys soon.

Hey guys, thanks for the warm welcome. Im going to be going from I10 to 146, hopefully the traffic wont be that bad in that area.

I was first wanting to get a black s2k. Then I saw a red one the other day and fell in love. And it just so happens that my dad has a red one on the lot.

Also, at the car dealerships, do you guys think they will let me test drive a used s2000?

 

Yes they will.
Just don't let them know you aren't buying from them.

 

Ya I kinda have this all planned out, what to say when their going to try to get me to buy it and all that. haha. Just going to make sure they would let me drive it.

Well, I had a change of plans and decided not to go to houston. I wanted to try to drive an s2000 but it really would not have been worth the trip.

Anyways, do you guys have any regular meeting places that yall go to. I have been to fox and hound and a tea works and saw 2 s2k's at tea works. silver 04 and silver <04 with hardtop and talked to him. Forgot his name though. But whenever I get the car I will for sure be going down to some meets.
