Other than the unit affected by the blast, the rest of the refinery was running normally, said Stephens, spokesman for BP, formerly British Petroleum.
BP Chief Executive John Browne said the blast would not affect the U.S. gas supply.
"The bulk of the refinery is operating, and operating well," Browne said.
So I doubt the price will be affected that much.

Not to doubt my CEO, but I remember three years ago when the Citgo refinery in Lemont, IL had a little incident. They said that the affected unit wouldbe out for six weeks, tops. I think they actually repaired it after about a year... 
Given that the markets are mostly trading on psychology and not on the fundamentals at the moment, I wouldn't expect them to say anythng else.
