Default a little help please

ok so i fixing the exhaust because it was leaking by the converter. theres 3 nuts in a triangle, i manage to unscrew the bottom two with a lot of WD40, but the 3rd 1 up top is rusted so bad that the nuts just kind of go a little bald, didnt want to mess with it so i stop. so can some1 lend me a hand on how to unsrew the nuts so i can replace it with new 1? by the way i live near Sam Houston Race Track
