I just lost my key for the s2000. Called the dealerships they are charging upwards of 200$ for a key, please advise

My buddies over at Top Notch Automotive can program the key for ya 10000 S Wilcrest Dr, Houston, Texas 77099(713) 517-2588

Agreed. If you have a spare(key or car) and can afford to wait, purchase a blank on eBay and have it cut locally. Even if you have it cut at the dealership you should have it under $100. Several years ago, only one key was provided with my S so I purchased 2 just like the one posted by second2none and did just that. Good luck!

called gillman honda because i lost my key as well.

$69 for the key + $100 for programming

you prob do eric lol prob have some connection from the dealer that provides you with clean cut keys already programmed. who knows you might have a dog and eat the keys HAHAHA (gone in 60 seconds incase yall didn't know)

Just got mine replaced for $70 bucks. Thank god i didnt need to have it programmed. Car starts just fine.

If you know a repair shop just ask them if they could call the mobile guy that driving around town to program keys. They usually charge around $50 t0 $100 a key (including cut and key) depends what kind of car you have and remember they could not program anything newer than 2007 cars. The reason I said this because I have used them before and they told me that anything newer than 2007 has to be done by dealers. Good luck...
