Default modification list

Getting a list together for parts to modify the S2000 for Father's day, but not sure what to do or what order to do modifications. Any suggestions; I have in mind an air intake, subframe connectors (or whatever the Honda term is) and a chin splitter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.......

first things first, ask yourself what are the goals for the car?

1. Give Vic some money

2. Remember to do #1.

for the car I am wanting to make it into a track toy that can also play with the American muscle that is running around on the streets (Cameron SS and Charger SRT).

I am guessing that the seat locks are a first priority since everyone is mentioning them. After that probably the frame connectors and chin splitter.

Thanks for the suggestions, more are welcome.
