You sir have EXCELLENT taste in music

I love Portishead too. I prefer to listening to their stuff on vinyl. Lo-fi with all the record scratches is the best way to listen to them

To go from GWAR to Portishead? You music collection must be as eclectic as mine
i have been meaning to get into the vinyl game. i have heard vinyl and gives it a soothing warm feel to the record. i don't how to put but, it just add something diff. to the record.

Rob Dougan's album is pretty good as well. i think everybody has heard this song

will have to wait until the Boss leaves or until I get home - Drum&Bass is real big into vinyl.

back in the 80's I had it - obviously 45's, etc. But I have not bought a CD in 5 years @ least so I'm not buying vinyl single.

Yeah, my friend has crates of stuff but he dj's on the side so eventually it gets paid off. He would spend a 100/200 easy each visit to a vinyl shop. Not to mention his turntables/mixers etc.

My turntable broke and I need to get a new one You're absolutely right though. There would be days that I would put a vinyl record on, sit back on my couch, and just listen.
