need help from someone in college

Is there anyone in school that can go to their bookstore and see if they can get Adobe Photoshop 7.0 or the new
Photoshop cs "full new version!" and how much they would cost?

I've never seen a cheaper version of PS in a college bookstore. I know here at UT they have an agreement with Microsoft for cheap programs, but that's the extent of the deals.
