They are both oem. I'm not sure if the used one is oem painted black and the new one is silver so I would have to get it reprinted black.

My buddy works in the parts department there. He said the reason they are selling it so cheap is because it had a small dent in it. They did a paintless dent removal and it looks perfect now. Go get it!!
