Default Need A Mechanic

Hello all.

I'm looking for a mechanic in the Houston area that is familiar with AP2s and does work on Cluth/Transmission.

I have an 06 that needs a new flywheel, clutch disk, and new throw out bearing. I don't want to have some random shop work on it and not do it right.

Any suggestions?

Check out Avior performance, one of the guy there, Nelson has an S and did a quick install on my soft top and does mechanics all day long. It came out perfect. The owner of the shop also has an S, he's well-known on here as alleykat. Check them out!

Curt at C&C would be my recommendation as well. He has worked on hundreds of s2000s and knows pretty much everything there is to know about them

Labor on clutch, flywheel and throw out bearing would be $450 flat including an alignment afterwards. Can be done same day if brought in early enough just like the soft top job.
