My dear sweet 2005 Honda S2000 has 270,000 miles on it. I've repaired the top many times but finally to the point that I've got to get it replaced. Can anyone give me recommendations in the Houston area where to get it done at a price that won't make me faint?

On another topic....my second set of seats is starting to tear....any recommendations for repair?
