Default problem with my S2000

hey guys,

i have a problem with my s2k and kinda of stuck in college station. when driving i hear a groaning sound near the passenger rear tire. The faster i go the more the more the groaning speeds up. the sound stops if i make a right turn but, if i go straight or left the sound comes back. like its rubbing against something. maybe a wheel bearing? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ben

plz no offtopic.

It sounds like a bad wheel bearing.

yeah after using the search function seems that the wheel bearings and hub are problematic. so i am stuck in College Station with my S at my sister's place thankfully she is letting me use her car for the week.

so now i am about to order the wheel bearing/hub and start shopping around quotes to get it fixed. ugh. spending money on school and now this. i am broke as a joke right now...

Are you going to fix it yourself? How did that happen? I really hate car problems.

Ben, what year is your S2000? I recall hearing that the early models were prone to this sort of problem.
