Default question about tuning

Recently tuned my car on a dyno pack here with a apexi neo, im a little disappointed in the results. my stock baseline was 129 torque and 181 hp. After tune was 150 torque and 199 hp. My mods are t1r dual exhaust, rsr headers, t1r test pipe, pwjdm intake, spoon throttle body and apexi neo. Is these readings correct seems a little low.

who tuned it? and it seems about right to me. Just cause you have boltons doesnt mean its going to jump the numbers. S2000's dont respond very well to mods like other hondas

Sgp tuned it, i figured from what i heard on the mod forum that that e/h/i combo with a tune pple were getting much higher results. Especially the miracle password jdm intake that provides 12whp itself. Im thinking the rsr header is holding me back, so i may switch it out for j's racing. I was hoping to get at least hit 220whp. Thanks for the info though, im glad it sounds somewhat right to you. I was thinking it was way off.

you gotta take into consideration that its hot as hell inside that dyno room lol.

Get a standalone or something with more tuneabilty for better figures with those mods

Correct me if I'm wrong but the dyno pack is the one that bolts to the hub correct? Isn't that type of dyno gives out lower numbers than the mustang dyno or do I have it flipped around? I agree with Thuan and go with aem ems or the likes in terms of tuning. I still don't see 220 even with the j's header but maybe I'm wrong.

ok i got 202 hp in range and yes it reads lower then regular dynoes, seems mine dynoes higher then most s2ks in the shop for N/A. 220 is in range if i got different header and single exhaust.

I'm almost sure that the Header might be holding you back, but I have my doubts.

SGP's Dyno room is a freaking sauna. It's ridiculously hot in there. That could attribute to your low numbers.

Also, keep in mind that the PWJDM Intake is designed to work at speed. No fan setup can imitate the amount of air the intake draws in at say 50+ mph.
