SCREW TOMBALL
This is a little rant, I ****in sat in the Tomball court on wed. night for 5 ****in hours just to pay a damn speeding ticket.... on top of that the great state of texas makes everyone thats under the age of 25 and decides to do a deferall also complete the Defensive driving. So today i am sitting here listening to this shit for the next 6 hours.
Now i couldnt take the DD by itself because i have an out of state liscence, so I was forced to do the Deferall.... then the prosecuter tells me that I still have to do the DD class. I feel like ive been butt ****ed with a shitty situation.

Be lucky you have those options. I have to go to trial because I have a commercial drivers license. The state of Texas doesn't allow people who have a cdl to take any of the differed options or defensive driving. I have been to city of Houston court 4 times and I have to go again in July. Sat in the court room for 7 hours each time for them to tell me I need to have my trial rescheduled.
