Default Service at John Eagle?

Hello Houstoners I just had my car dropped off at John Eagle's service dept, following the break in of my car in austin that left me without seats, steering wheel, cut top.. missing gauges, vafc etc etc... The only reason I brought it to houston is because of mostly high remarks about their service. I'm planning to have some of the warranty related issues serviced here as well... anyone want to let me in on what kind of service I should expect?

Great service. Call Erik and let him know you are a participant in the S2ki board. Erik is the service manager. They will do a good job on your baby.

If you need a new top, I have my used 2000 top sitting at JEH, it is for sale for $800. This includes the cloth and frame...and the back window tint that is on it.

The service will be great, no doubt.

Yeah, I'm selling the cloth itself for $600. Just a thought.

If they can't retrofit the 2002 softtop to 01 frame, I might end up doing that (assuming rear window is in good condition) when I find out more info, I'll give ya a buzz. thanks

from what i've read, they can't put the '02 top on the '01 frame. you have to change the frame to the '02 also.

They had to change out the frame. I tried to get the 02 top, but they wanted another $2000 for it....
