I wouldnt try to get hotels near downtown because they are pretty expensive.

Yeah, its the 150 he quoted is downtown. Even zaza isn't 150.

economy is so bad right now you can get our standard for the walk up rate of like 140! a year ago our rate was double that for walk up on standard rooms!

Yup a lot of hotels are giving great bundle deals with airfare across the US. Vegas is a prime example!!!

I think its always an apprehension to let someone in your home since you've never met or talked to. Best bet is the hotels on i-10 before highway six.
