My vote is creature comfort then worry about the rest later.

I do the work the corners flagging for track time at MSR. Need to do it more. Waiting for the falls events where is not so hot.

Hot is an understatement. I went one day without AC since my compressor took a crap. Its like hell on earth!

Hell yes, if that wasn't the case your car would be a stripped track car? Doesn't help that I owned a Lexus prior to this car so a little spoiled.
