Default Time slip....

So lastnight me and a few friends went to the strip and ran a few 1/4 mile laps.

1st keep in mind that my whole trunk is dynomatted out , Sub and sub box, BIG amp, 25 lbs nitrous bottle ect has all added weight to my car.

BUT... my time still sucks!!

2nd keep in mind that this was the 1st time running this car on the track and I didnt know how it was going to run and drive. Also didnt know what to set my rpm window and vtec at for the spray.

Iv seen some people run 14's and even high 13's with just bolt-ons.

SO WTF

Only run on the spray and the time was...

14.030 @ 98.43 mph

I had a faster mph lap ( 104 ) but my R/T was really bad soo it didnt help my time any.

I dont know if Im crazy or just cant drive my car right at the track. ( bet i just cant drive )

I just keep craping out with my R/T.

And my stock clutch is not holding with the nos that good.

OR maybe my car is still slow..

I dont know if im going to the track again before the turbo but if I do I would like some of yall to come along so I can see what everyone is doing. Also someone can drive my car and show me what im not doing right. ( FUKING TRACK NEWBEE )

Also ... my Wideband was showing around 10.5 while on the spray this time and Im thinking that to rich! Still thinking of going 1 size smaller on the fuel pill.. to bring it back up a lil. But I might not even run it on the spray again until after the turbo.. So I might not change anything

I ran a 14.0 stock at 98mph.

You need a professional tune before you go trusting your wideband and seld tunning a problem that doesnt exist.

When you leave off the line drop the hammer at 6k you want it to spin some and once you hit 3rd gear start spraying to pick up the top half mph

6000 sounds good. Also I was spraying in all gears so by the time I was in 3rd my spray presser was way down and didnt really do much. so Know I know to keep the spray off until 3rd gear. I will try to start the spray high in 2nd then try it starting it in 3rd and see what the difference in time and speed is.

Also I have a professional tune with the neo. but not tuned with the spray. maybe this week coming up I will have it tuned with the spray and then try it again. I think im just running way rich.

I knew 14.0 was high.. I was like... WTF

Also on my 3rd run ... about half way down the track I lost over 50% of my power. I then let off the gas and was like OMG what did i just do.. I drove over to the parking lot and had noooo power at all all the way there. I thought at 1st i fuked my plugs. !st thing I did was an ECU reset. That worked. all back to norm. I think the spray ( running 3 times in a row ) froze my map sensor so it could not read anything ORRR It got all butt hurt some how. Im not sure what happened. All i know is that 3rd run 1/2 track on the spray I lost a ton of power and in order for the car to run right again I had to do an ECU reset. NO lights came on in the dash sooo.....
