OK I know I'm a n00b but what the @#$% is T.I.T.S. Crime Fighting Team for State of Texas? I see it on alot of signatures.

Could someone please educate me.

 

This is a group of people you talk to if you were scam in another state, city, even maybe country. These people go to the person's house that received the money or item, and does investigation work out of generosity. So far a few have been busted.
