Awww man...talk about fun. If you didn't go, you'll be hearing about TWS for weeks. I posted my best pics to the Photo Gallery. If anyone wants larger ones let me know.
my pics are down, cropping them up and resizing as I write this. =D
Here's a few for now - and it looks like my car will be easier to clean than others. Larger sizes available if anyone wants em. (I dunno if anyone got a pic of the *ahem* in-car accident)

I think that is just from an offroad trek. But Tim's friend has a different story. His instructor puked all over his windshield, his dash, his shift nob, and some on his LEG!!!!
...all of course, except the layout of the 32 s2k's.
I think we all went off road, well, okay, Mark didn't, but it happens, and as long as you know what you did and weren't careless out there, then its all about learning the car's limits and yours.
Yes indeed... It was absolutely a blast. Thanks guy's for the suggestion on the line up of all the S2k's for the photo op. Talked to Mac with JEH and he thought it would be great, he originally suggested 5:30pm Sunday. We talked him out of it cause most people would be "high tailing" it out of there. Will post the group photo's as soon as they are developed.
And yes I had a couple of "4 wheeling" excursions as well, (1 180) and (1 360).... was definitely a learning experience.
Great to meet all the s2k drivers out there.... have fun and drive safe.
WOOOHOOO, man that was fun. I think I'm still high on adrenaline
from those two days. I still get goosebumps when I remember
kamikazing into Turn 1 at > 120 mph.
I'm happy to report that I joined the "off-road" club on my last
lap yesterday. I didn't listen to you guys and I stayed for the
last run. It looked very promising - there was only about
10 cars on the track.
But sure enough, after the first lap it started raining. Nothing
serious, just a bit of a mist. Since the track was very hot, it
didn't make any difference.
But then it started raining harder. I just slowed down considerably. Than it started raining even harder, and I thought
to myself "OK, that's it, I'm pitting on this lap".
As soon as that
thought crossed my mind, it happened. In the middle of turn 4,
my rear end just snapped around and next thing I know I'm in
the dirt on the side of the track with my car stalled.
I'm trying to calm down and collect my thoughts when I see
this black C5 vette entering the Turn 4. He sees me and, of
course, LIFTS! His tails starts coming around and I'm
thinking "shieeet, his going to do exactly what I did and going
to end up exactly where I am, making a lot of mess of both of
our cars". But luckily, the guy caght it and went by... Whew!
Anyway, it was all fun. I think it was actually good that this has
happened to me, since I was driving about 45mph on average
trough the rain on my way home and was still hydroplaning!
I was REALLY careful on the way home.
