I'll take that safety class, be extra careful and take the same precautions I would had I bought a Ruckus. I realize speed kills but i'm not worried about me. It's the other motorist on the road that concern me. No matter whether I'm on a bike or mpoed, they will hit you all the same.

I'm not worried, I'll figure it out when i see them at the store. Depending on $, financing, and whether I want to take the risk.

"damn. there is like 3 a weeks for wrecks this year.. new riders dont need anything [more] than a 600 IMO. dealerships should make that a law. to many 1st time riders wanna get a 1000. when they cant evven handle a 250 ninja"

^^600 or 250 Ninja?

I checked out their list of accidents just for 2009 and that's just the people they heard of or know personaly

as of 10-20-09 they posted 67 crashes or wrecks just from that website...pretty eye opening when you read that many experienced riders wiped-out this year...that's like us reporting 67 s2k car break-ins since Jan.01,2009

Riding a bike is very different then a car. It is less forgiving. I don't care what safety courses you take. In a car, you might get away with whipping the tail around and what not. In a bike, one mistake can be fatal. You keep on saying things about other drivers. You cannot replace experience with beginner's knowledge even with the safety courses. Always got to learn how to crawl before walking man. If anything, you really want a bike then do more reading and learn how to properly ride first. Get one that is less cc's to experience it first. It'll be a cheaper investment if you decide its not for you. Just advice from a friend to a friend.

luckily he ain't dead. and he is stubborn as a mule. so he is lookin' somewhat normal...

weirdest thing he said to me after the accident.

"i hate beer, and chocolate is really bitter" that ish messed up his brain.

Damn! I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Can't recover from a head injury.

he can still function like a normal person but, it the subtle nuances that change you...

i use to drink beer all the time with him. and now, he is disgusted by the smell... and he chews he hears iron scraping. even though their is no metal plates in his head. and not to mention the auditory hallucinations.

that scares me. have somebody not in the room callin' youl....
