How much will a "membership" cost?
We have not priced the memberships as of yet. We expect initiations to run between $5,000 and $10,000 and monthly fees to be between $100 and $200 for a typical membership.

Exactly where is the track to be located?
Our focus has been to the west/southwest of Houston. We have options on properties that are currently being studied for feasibility with respect to engineering and permitting. We are only able to say that are trying to stay within 45 minutes of Houston (I-10 west, 59 South)

This could be way too expensive, but if they let clubs run like at TWS and MSR, then that would be great.

I'm sure they will let clubs run, just like msr ... because well, IT IS MSR!! It will be owned/operated by the same people.
