okay NorthTexanerites an what nawt. I've got new tires, a hip alignment, and I'm finally closing the doors on the project up here and taking the rest of it back to Austin with me. I'll be checking out on Saturday morning. Its been quite a while - since mid-January actually. I even have a 'you are one of the family' certificates, among all sorts of other crap they give me.

I'll only be up here on occassion, but for one last outing, I was wondering what anyone and everyone will be doing on Friday night. I'd like to grab some grub and do some driving around - something I haven't had much time to do lately - except for racing against Insomniak last night when we exchanged S2k's.

So, anyone up for grub and any thing else that comes our way on Friday night? How about Bone D's (one of the few places that gravity doesn't exist in big D) or someplace else? Anywhere is fine. Also, if I dont' have time to use them, I'm sure I'll give them away, but I have two twenty dollar tokens and a few coupons to a local Jazz bar for like 35 bucks (in Addison).

and p.s. - for those who want to know - finally mom is out of the hospital too - as of tonight. its a great thing too, she's been there for well over a month now.

good to hear your mom is finally out of the hospital. i'm all to fimilar w/ what thats like.

the races last night were awesome.. (for those that weren't there.. i was afarid my s2000 was slower then other stock s2000's) so as a test.. i switched rides w/ randy so it couldn't be blamed on driver and we did a few rolling start races.. each time was neck and neck and just depended on who hit the shifts better that run. so driver alone can make a car length or more difference.

one run was freakin awesome both hit the shifts right and were from 5mph to what.. 120.. dead even

my vote is for boobies.. i mean bone daddies friday

 

BD's is just up the road for me so I'll stop by Friday if this is your last hurrah up here. Post your plans and depending upon time I should be up for it.

Skitz: i'm not sure but i don't remember them ever ID'ing me until i ask for alky. and trust me i understand i usually get carded.. heh i've even had a cop think i was drinking underage at a bar once.. then he checked my ID inspecting it as if it was fake.
