I usually only visit this North Texas section now, so I don't really read S2000 talk or any rumor section. But has anyone seen this site?

someone went through alot of trouble to put that together. It sounds nice. If isn't true maybe honda should take that specs into consideration.
Inline 6 cyl. honda hasn't ever made one of those have they?

If it's real:
- Why is it only on a personal web site?
- Why is one author only found on the web in computer circles, and the other a dead poet?
- Why would we hear about it first on a hack web site?
This reminds me of the picture and commentary that circulated the web back in '97 about the Prelude Type R in Japan.
And yes, Jeremy, Honda has never made an inline 6 that I'm aware of. I also don't know where you would put the additional 2 cylinders, for an inline 3.0L they would need to be the same size as the ones we have... I don't think you could fit them w/o a large bulge in the hood.
This kind of shit really makes me sick, it's as bad as a computer virus... 'tard, childish hackers trying to make a name for themselves.

I agree that it is fake, but he explained that the extra 2 cylinders would lengthen the block by 50%. He also said that the engine would not have any pulleys or belts on the front, which would help counter the 50% increase in block length.
Did any of you notice that the picture was just an inverted JDM model. The trunk key hole and antenna are on the left of the car, and the S 2000 emblem on the "right" panel reads backwards (0002 S).

I'm still surprised that Honda hasn't developed the Accord/Acura V6 into a DOHC VTEC for a nextgen replacement... spins the right way and is relatively low-profile. With what it makes now as a SOHC, I would imagine it would be pretty healthy in DOHC trim with some additional go-fast parts.
