Default 8" & growing!

The snow total is now up to 8" at my place and we're supposed to have 10 more hours of this.

Even tho I hate snow it's quite pretty and the Siberian Husky seems to think she's home.

The last time I remember snow like this was in 1979 and it was even worse in 1959

It's still coming down hard here so I don't know how much we'll end up with. I know just north of me they've got quite a bit more than I do.

Haha I went into the gym, and the parking lot at gold's was clear and wet, I came out and I couldn't even walk on it without slipping a bit. I was just like oh god... when I started driving and sliding at 8 mph turning in the lot after my workout. Its like a fine layer of snow mixed with a bunch of water on the road, and the parking lot got a fine coating of snow barley touched except by a few cars.
I managed to get home on my summer tires driving 25 mph on the street feeling at every moment I had bad traction, and driving at 15 mph through the curvy part of my neighborhood. Had my hazards on, and quite a few people joined me going 25 mph with hazards on lol. Made it into my garage after some effort.
