A048s or RA1s?
I have posted a similar thread on Racing and Competition but this is a little different.

Has anyone in the DFW area run the A048s or been able to directly compare the A048s to RA1s?
NTB destroyed one of my 18" S02s and the SO2 models I have have been discontinued so I can't just replace one. I need to decide which set of rims to turn into track tires so that I know which rims to buy street tires for right now. Track tires will come in a week or 2.
Since actual widths vary wildly shopping for tires is more than just deciding upon another brand.
Interestingly enough the A048s seem to be sized pretty much like our stock sizes (bigger than rated size) so they appear to be a good choice but I thought, that while aggressive, they were really more of a street tire. Or rather less of a track tire than the RA1.
Anyone know for sure?
