Hay guys I'm going to be finally gitting me a s2 soon and not sure the pros cand cons between the two. Any help would be great

 

I've had them both and all I can say is as much as I miss the 9k redline I'd take my ap2 over my old ap1 but that might be cause the test pipe and flash pro that I have give it more midrange tq. Also stays dead even with my friend in his ap1 with half as much money spent on mine.

 

I've had an '02 AP1 and an '08 AP2. If you can afford an '06+ AP2, get it! If you can't afford the '06+, get an '02-'03 AP1. The '00-'01 AP1's didn't make as much power, and didn't have glass rear windows. The problem with the '04-'05' is that the F22C really needs to be retuned, but you can't use a FlashPro on it. The '06+ is so great because the FlashPro makes it so easy to fix everything that sucks about the F22C.

 

Ive owned a 00 and an 03, and currently own an 04 and 06. I agree, if you get an AP2, get the 06+. The DBW is not bad like everyone tries to make it out to be, and in fact I forget its DBW. However, if I could have any year again, I'd go with my first one, the 2000. The car just felt so RAW! It literally felt like a go cart, begging to be thrown around and romped on. The AP2 is a bit more civil and proper and doesnt beg being thrashed on like the AP1.

 

An old co-worker of mine called me the other day and he says he has on 03 gray s2k with 74k miles for sale at the dealer that he works at. He sent me a pic of it and it has a cf seibon style hood some cai and tinted headlights and tail lights and some black wheels don't know about the exhaust though.
