Anyone else going to AX102 this weekend???

 

I'm confused. What is that?

 

I believe it's Autocross 102, one of the Porsche Club's autocross schools.

 

Looks like there will be 7 Miata students and at least 2 instructors from the Miata crowd. I think Gabby G is signed up as well. Didn't recognize any of the S2K crowd from e-mail addresses.

 

AX102 is the Maverick Region Porsche Club of America Intermediate autocross school. It's being held this Saturday in Mineral Wells, and as far as I know it is full.

I'll be out there instructing, and as tailchaser already pointed out, we'll have a large contingent of local Miatas taking the class. Should make for an interesting little afternoon rivalry - who can take the fastest student lap? An S2000, or a Miata?

Ain't no newbie driven miata gonna come close to taking me and my S!!!!
