Default Car issues.

Well the other day I left my house and pulled out in traffic and my car started to misfire look down and saw a check engine light flashing. It then turn solid then flashed again and then went away with the misfire. I changed the plugs and they needed it for sure and alot of it went away. it has gone away totally at highway speeds but at idle it misfires but no light comes on. My question is what the f?

If you aren't getting a check engine light, then I'd suggest waiting a bit to see if the idle improves. It can take several driving cycles after a significant change for the ECU to relearn a smooth idle. This is common even after changes in weather, like the one we just had.

I think it may have been a case of bad gas. Lol because I let it run almost all the way dry today and put som good gas in and it's not acting up at all.

Yeah, bad gas can do that.
But just in case it comes back, in addition to above other posts - reset the ECU by pulling the "Backup" fuse (right side, second down - 7.5A I think) for a few seconds.
Re-seat the MAP sensor connector as well (on top of the throttle body.)

Could also be a bad or loose coil pack
