Screwing stuff up? Oh yeah, I got tons of experience doing that!

But seriously, I've never baked my head lights so I can't help ya there.

Wow... I looked at the instructions... looks a little dicey.

I wonder if you could get a set of stock headlights of a wrecked S2K (guess it would have to have been a rear end wreck) or something so there are no consequences if you screw it up...

I did that once with my civic. You don't need help, just lots of patience. Just use a Hair Dryer or a low temp heat gun to melt the glue, working and prying in section. I think you can buy the sealant from a body shop supplier

i did something similar with my r6 headlights. its much safer, IMO, to use a heat gar/hair dryer. good luck. and i think it should be reuseable glue.

I have done mine on my 6th gen Civic and my S2000.
Don't listen to the nay-sayers, it's so easy, just takes time and patience.
Rick's charges waaaay too much for this. I can help you out no problem.
PM me for details.

I have done it also. Just follow the instructions from Ricks and you will be fine.
