Where do you recommend getting a Tech Inspection for Driver's Edge events?

I'm familiar with the John Eagle Weekend inspections that last 2-4 min, and are free at the track. Stuttgart Auto Center in Addison wants 30 min and $36 . John Eagle in Dallas says that they don't do these inspections. Odd.

Any suggestions?

One of the draw backs to DE.. I always blow the $40 at Marshall Motors but I like the people and they are fast if you get there at 08:00 AM.

 

I went to the Porsche Store last time and they just signed the paper for free - but I know people there. Give them a call anyway, see what they say.

I haven't gotten the car teched yet either.

 

OK, this might sound dumb, but I hadn't heard of an off track tech inspection.

I am on the wait list, but don't want to show up and get turned away when there is an open slot just because I didn't have a tech inspection.

What are the details of what needs to be inspected and who is eligible to do the inspection?

 

Form is probably on the web site. It will not be accepted without a receipt.
