Default Exhaust

I was wondering what type exhaust some of you were running. Im lookin at getting new headers and exhaust but wanted something a little toned down, but also sounds great.

in my opinion, getting both is just a waste of money. s2k parts have one of the worst hp to dollar ratio. you're gonna spend about $1500(estimating here) and get about 5-7whp...at the very most.

if you do a search, you'll find that the oem s2k header is actually pretty damn good. if you're going n/a, i would just pick up an exhaust to save weight. and then you can add on a test pipe. with the rest of your money you can get different gears. at least you'll feel and notice the difference with that mod.

of all the exhausts i have heard on the s2k, they all still sound like a four banger. the best set up i've heard is the t1r w/test pipe. that thing was mean. but that might be a bit too much for you on the street...and for the cops.

Just take the resonator off, That will give you a bit better sound when you reach vtech. It will cost less than 50 dollars at your local muffler shop. It sounds good when you hit high RPMs.
