Much faster than my TWS CCW best - 2:02.538.
I have no idea what I've done at MSR though.

including a car / setup description when you ran those times would make this thread actually make sense.

Awesome time at MSR! What sized Hoosiers were you on? Is there a video?

here are some pics from last weekends race@TWS

my car is a race car so it has all the usual race car stuff. I bought it in 03 and started tracking it from day 1. I then bought a GT3 and had planned to sell my S. I quickly realized the errors of my ways and sold the Porsche and put $$ back in my pocket , so I could race the Honda. I have been racing it since 06. It has taken along time and alot of $ to get it where it is today. I also have a 1983 911 race car and i have had the opportunity to drive all kinds of cool cars while a PCA club instructor. I like my as much as anything else i have driven. The following are the things i have done to it
gut and cage--moton clubsports--big front sway bar-- I/H/E--Kpro-ecu--oil cooler--big rear wing, small front splitter, brake ducts-- stock brakes--better pads and fluids--Hoosier tires R6s-245fr/275r and recently Hoosier slicks 235f/265r on 17in volks ce28ns - probably some more- but it escapes me for now. my car weighs 2650lbs with me in it .

The fun part is racing with Porsches -Ferraris-BMWs-Vettes-Vipers etc and holding my own and often beating them.

I've only done a 1:36 in my first time at msr. In an Ariel Atom. But I was a passenger in a 1:18 lap, that was fun. It was sideways almost all the way around or atleast that is what it felt like.

Nice times, Gerry!

MSR 1.3 CCW - 1:11.08 Video

MSR 1.7 CCW - 1:26.7

Daily driven '04 RX-8 with full interior and mild suspension on 255/40-17 Toyo R888s. The 1.3 time was with the new EnduraTech suspension, the 1.7 time was with my old RB spring/Koni shock combo, so I expect to knock it down to a high 1:25 during the Apex Concorso later this month.

I'd like to pick up some Hoosiers and run TTD/TTC with NASA next season (new kiddo prevents that from happening this season). I'm already below the NASA TTD 1.7 lap record, and think I could be in the low 1:25s/high 1:24s on TTD-sized Hoosiers.

MSR 1.7 CCW: 1:26.3 (Evo X, E85, dang near dead street tires, ~360hp/tq, fuel starvation on every left hand turn)
HHR CCW: 1:30ish (Evo X, street tires, pump gas ~330hp/tq)
ECR: 2:06ish (Evo X, street tires, bad driver, ~360hp/tq)

Car weighs 3690 with me in it and 3/4 a tank of gas as of the last NASA event.
