OK, I gotta ask... this is the second time you've posted a thread selling brand new camera equipment, and there's another thread where you're selling wheels that you don't seem to know much about them. That makes me a bit suspicious. Is this stuff stolen? Are you running a side business? What's going on here?

This definitely shows that you didn't just buy a camera and decided that you didn't want it any more. You're apparently doing this in bulk.

This is not really the appropriate place to be selling this stuff. Assuming these cameras were not acquired illegally, try the "For Sale" forum of this board (or eBay).

Maybe you're just trying to "help out" fellow members, but it just comes across as a bit shady to me.

The only for sale threads I want to see on the NT forum are for S2000 parts. I am not interested in used cameras, Playstations, Wiis, etc.

Isn't it possible to adopt a policy for threads selling non-S2000 related stuff will be deleted by a moderator?

Someone do something about this, it's really getting out of hand.

No offense to those who have posted sales, it's just best taken to eBay or Craigslist.

Ok guys these are my cameras and i have a friend who bought them for me at a discount rate from his work. Thats how i aquired them. As far as the wheels they are mine also i have them on my car and i decided to keep them after all. Thats pretty dumb of someone to have stolen stuff and advertise there stuff on a website so they can get caught. I also believe we should have a FS forum and stuff should be put in there. I can tell you exactly how i get them, its no sweat off back, i just get them for cheap cause of an employee discount.

Clovis, I don't think the "flaming" was about what we're talking about... the main concern w/ the "Let's keep it North Texas S2000 related ONLY" is one thing...

Off topic conversation is beneficial as it allows us to share more common ground with the other people on this forum, but OT for sale topics don't inspire or add to the community in any way... or some may argue that it's acceptable if you're cutting them a really good deal. Quite frankly after 5 minutes of searching I found an online store offering these for $250, and they go for around $300 all day on eBay.

Honestly I don't think we need an extra sub forum, my comment was more of a joke than anything. I don't mind off topic threads, and I don't mind S2000/Parts for sale threads because they're still on topic.

I think the main thing is that this thread is both OFF TOPIC and a FOR SALE... there really is no reason for this thread to be on this forum.

I agree with that. I don't mind seeing S2000s, S2000 items, car stereo equipment, wheels, and other automotive items for sale. I also think this can be controlled without a sub-forum, and FS threads be addressed in a rules sticky note at the top, where users will be advised that non S2000 items for sale will be deleted.
