Where does one with an EMS get an inspection sticker from?

 

Do you have a catalytic converter? If so, you should be able to call an inspection station and see if they'll do a sniffer test for you, even though you have a post-96 car.

If you don't have a cat, you may be SOL. You'll have to find someone with "connections" that is willing to pass you illegally.

 

In that case, does anyone know anyone with connections.

 

That feals like a felony to me.

 

Well, don't bring it to Rockwall! Some guy at an inspection station here wanted to do a sniff test on our '66 Spitfire. My husband informed him that there weren't catalytic converters on cars back in '66. Then the guy looks under the hood and wants to know if the car came stock with the air filters we had on it......sheesh - it's only a freakin' safety inspection and the guy is doing a Concours d'Elegance inspection!
