Default Honda Cust. Serv Phone #

Anyone have the Honda phone number for Dallas. Went to the dealer for TSB054 and they wouldn't do it. Want to call the regional office and see if they will approve a good will fix.

Isn't this number in the owner's manual? I thought it was... or maybe the Warranty manual.

It probably is but I was to lazy to look. I thought at one time those numbers were posted on the site but did a search and came up empty.

McNatt Honda in Lewisville. In the past they have been very flexible on warrantee work. I called Honda Cust. Serv. and they will call McNatt. Will wait to see what happens.

I went to McNatt a few months ago to get that TSB done and was also told they wouldn't perform it. I ended up going to Lute Riley.

Food for thought.
Some dealerships should probably NOT perform the TSB's for the S2000 because they either lack experience or have poor technicians. Try doing a search to find posts about positive experiences with TSB service and locate a dealer known for successful TSB repairs. If your dealer is unwilling to service your car I'd find another one.
To date the only positive service experiences I've heard about came from John Eagle's Jose and Lute Riley's Joe Honda. Even then there have been some negative comments about both of these dealers. I had a very good minor service (valve cover / timing adjustment) at Frank Kent in W. Fort Worth. I had an extremely bad five month ordeal with Vandergriff Honda involving TSB 54 / 55 and a differential replacement.

SVANN thanks for the input. It is something to think about. The Service Rep raised the issue on the TSB that the clutch was out of warrantee at 12K miles. I looked through the warrantee book and could not find any reference to a 12K limit on the clutch (other than for normal wear and tear as with wiper blades, brake pads, fluids, etc.). Did I miss anything?
