Jailbreak is a program that basically gives you complete control over the iPhone. With it, you can do stuff like install third party apps, change appearances, and unlock the phone so it can be used with other carriers.

I jailbroke mine and the phones reliability has gone down considerably. If I'm not having a problem with my e-mail, then I'm having an issue with youtube. If I restore to factory settings It puts everything back correct?
