I'd rather buy a car dedicated to rallying as a second car then convert the s2000 to AWD. I love my tail happy s2000. Plus isn't AWD useful for off roading? Unless you're gonna lift your s2000 what's the point.
(Damn now I wish I saved a picture of the s2000 that was on ebay lifted 4 inches! Would add lulz :\, maybe someone else saved it!)
