Need Help Plz
The real question is, does the name sound familiar to you?
That's quite a distance for them to drive to randomly throw a rock at somebody's car. If you do take things into your own hands... wait a couple months for any worries of theirs to roll over... then do something that could happen just about anywhere.
However, I don't recommend taking matters into your own hands... heh.
You could call the police in Rowlett and see if they can do anything.
Where off of spring creek are ya anyway?

How in the world can the cops not do something when you have a positive ID of the car AND you have property damage?

Basically, because THEY (the cops) didn't see it happen. It sucks, but that's the way it works. They'll write the report that the damage really occurred, but they will tell you it's a civil matter. In otherwords, small claims court...

^ Plus they'd rather be out watching for the really dangerous* stuff... like expired inspection stickers and no front plates.
* And by dangerous, I mean profitable.
