The real question is, does the name sound familiar to you?

That's quite a distance for them to drive to randomly throw a rock at somebody's car. If you do take things into your own hands... wait a couple months for any worries of theirs to roll over... then do something that could happen just about anywhere.

However, I don't recommend taking matters into your own hands... heh.

You could call the police in Rowlett and see if they can do anything.

Where off of spring creek are ya anyway?

It seen like stick2k know the dude. When you see Viet do Viet or Asian like that is because of revenge. Viet aren't very good of forgiveness.

incase the cops didn't do anything. I found out my brother knows the

passenger because when I cought up to him my brother saw him

ducking.

Its was around Ave K and and Spring Creek area Doug

How in the world can the cops not do something when you have a positive ID of the car AND you have property damage?

Basically, because THEY (the cops) didn't see it happen. It sucks, but that's the way it works. They'll write the report that the damage really occurred, but they will tell you it's a civil matter. In otherwords, small claims court...
