Hey guys I'm planning on moving to Las colinas around feb and was wondering if any of you have any experience living in this area where I can find some nice ones for under $1K rent for 2 beds 2 bathes. I've searched online but all of them seem to have bad reviews so it'll be nice if you guys can give me a first hand recommendation around this side of town. Thanks!

I actually found a few but am wondering if any of you stay or know anybody that stay in those apartments, such as the Jeffersons Place Apartments on MacArthur or The Legacy at Valley Ranch, both under or close to 1K

 

$1000 is a lot to spend on RENT.

 

my buddy and i are splitting it so it's not too bad

 

I did it for 1050.00

 

Even if it costs a little more make sure a garage is included.

 

mine was 1050 at beltline / mac with attached garage.

I stayed there for a year. It was pretty nice & quiet. I think I paid 970 for 2 bed 2 bath. You can get a garage for like 70 or 80 a month I think.

It's at 114 and MacArthur behind Bank of America and Taco Bell

I parked my GSX-R 750 outside - no problems. It was safe when I was there (2005)
