Default New Wheels...

Hi everyone...

Okay so its time I am getting my S back soon iA.
I need some suggestions as to what my options are as far as deep, gunmetal wheels go.

I found something on ebay but I am not sure if it will fit my car plus if anyone knows something in gunmetal like this.

Wheels from ebay

Looking for something like this:

I want lip to be like this....at least 2.5inches wide in the rear tire and 2 inches on the front..I love the mean look you get from those...
Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Best Regards,
S2K_MoZo

If you're just looking for deep lips, you should look in The Gallery for ideas... there's a thread dedicated to them. As for the ones you posted, I think they're butt-ugly. But to each his own.

im actually really surprised that those ebay rims will fit.. offsets arnt ideal, but they will def work.. those + drop would be pretty clean...

Im not a huge fan of lips either, im more into the semi-sunk face / racing rims.. but id check the gallery for some good ideas.

I appreciate all the help guys, I am not too much into racing and all, for autocross and stuff I can use stock wheels and some nice tires. I drive it everyday and for everyday cruise I need some mean looking rims...you know I just need a little meaner look on the car
Thanks.

Make sure whatever wheel you get have the correct S2000 specific offsets (basically how thick the hub of the wheel is). A lot of wheels are 5X114.3 bolt pattern but will not fit the car correctly. You'll end up rubbing the inside or outside fenders or suspension and have a ton of headaches.

I suggest going to tire rack, putting in your model year S2000 and getting some suggestions from their database since they know which wheels fit your car specifically.

ASA AR1 Black w/Mach Lip

I found this on tire rack that I think is with some lip...but it does not say how big is the lip, you know like ebay says it and also they are in black..I figured I can paint anything gunmetal but how do we find out about if the lip is big enough to give it a mean look?
Thanks.
