2) a Japanese menu including 28 ramen soups, yaki soba, cha han, etc
3) a Chinese menu with whole fried tilapia, chicken with ginger/scallions, salt n
pepper shrimp etc, and
4) three prix-fixe banquet menus including beggar's chicken, steamed sea bass,
sauteed sea cucumber, prawns in chili garlic sauce, etc.
