My friend went to get his wrx's alignment done at NTB in grapevine. After the mechanic finished the alignment, he told him he was going to test drive it. My friend though OK hes gonna drive it around the parking lot. The guy leaves for a good 10-20 minutes. When he gets back he tells my friend that the alignment was good and he left. When my friend got home he was paranoid about his vehicle being abused, so he pressed the playback button to see if the car had been abused. Sure enough the settings showed the car was pushed to max boost. My friend hadn't hit full boost in MONTHS, so it really got to him. Sooo be careful when you go to NTB grapevine to get an alignment done.

 

Your friend should have gone with him.

I would have gone. I've learned you really can't trust most businesses these days.

 

Since AJ quit, you can't trust anyone with an alignment at any NTB!!

Although I have 5 year plan with NTB, I have been taking my car to John at PP Lexus and I can vouch for his work....he can put on tires and balance them for cheap too...

Last time I went to NTB, they charged me $66.xx for just the rears...NTB FTMFL!

 

Id Call NTB and bitch untill I got some free shit.

 

NTB off of G bush and coit the service manager is a pretty nice guy who was very helpful for me. He drives an sti so he is pretty good with alignments and general car stuff he also overrided the sales managers' decision to not honor tireracks prices and called his corp. office to beat the price for me!

 

I went to the same NTB and got ripped off on tire installation and then the alignment they did was f**king horrible! Steering was crooked and car pulled to the right like crazy...took it back but their alignment guy was not there to fix it...Thanks to 00MUGENS2 who helped me get my car aligned...I don't think I am ever going back to NTB...at least till 00MUGENS2 is alive!
