Hey guys,

I bought a wing from a member of this site. Wing was more beatup than I was lead to believe. After speaking with the seller he said he would give the money back once he received the wing. I shipped him the wing and now he has it and my money. It's been two days now and I have yet to hear or see a response. When I was purchasing the wing he was quick to respond, but now he seems distant.

I e-mailed him a request for the money (paypal), and PM'ed him as well. I'm giving him until Jan 3, 2006 to respond. I'll I know to do is to file a dispute with either my credit card company or paypal if this makes a turn for the worse.
Is that all I can do? Thanks for any suggestions. I just want to make sure I take all the necessary steps to ensure I get my money back.
