Hey guys, I'm looking at getting a trailer for my S, and I found somebody that sells the removable ones.

I'm wondering if anybody else is interested in getting any of these for a possible group buy discount.

The product $400+sh is the standard price...

These are the ones that you pull 3 pins and all of them remove. It seems to be based off of the Information on this page (click here)... Which includes most of the measurements/part numbers so I guess the other option is if somebody knows somebody that they trust to weld these and can/will do it cheaper then speak up.

I'm contacting the guy about a possible discount if I can get a group buy together or something... so let me know if you're seriously interested. Hopefully he'll send me some pricing info based on getting so many people to order.

I'm interested if we can get into discount territory. I'm guessing that's not going to happen with just the North Texas folks...you might have to solicit the Austin / Houston guys as well.

 

I'm good at the lower discount but ,of course, would prefer the larger discount.

 

Ok cool, we're up to 4 ppl. I'm keeping a list in the first post on the S2000 Talk one... I'll go hit up the other texas areas.

Anybody that is a regular at some of the other members wants to post over there (say... florida) then that'd be cool... I just don't like posting in the local areas if I'm not really active on those sections. (Send me a PM w/ the link to the post so I can keep an eye on it and keep the count updated)

Ok well I guess the forum gods didn't like my thead and they deleted it (or hid it, it doesn't say it doesn't exist, just that I am not authorized to view it).

I'm not happy, sorry guys, but I lost my list of people that are interested in the thread. It's a shame that a paying member of the forum can't try to save themselves and others on the forum some money just because the board isn't getting a cut (nevermind the membership fees and advertisements and everything else they get money from).

I have the names from this thread and I guess if anybody else PMs me then I'll see if I can at least get to the 5-9 group. (I think we were up to 8 possible).
