Race alignment in DFW?
Anyone have a recommendation on who could do a good alignment, dial in some negative camber, etc. on my 2001 Corvette? I know this is the S2000 section, but there are a lot of race guys in here who probably knows someone who could do a good job on my car.

I know a place in Richardson and to top it all off they're cheap.
He does a lot of Bimmers and Porsches as well as a couple of S's. I don't know if he does many vettes, but I would bet he does.
He will take whatever specs you give him and try to match. Most places won't go outside the stock parameters. If you don't know what specs you want he usually has a good idea of what will work and is not afraid to experiment.
You can also get a lifetime alignment for a little over $100 (I think) and he will redo it as often as you need.

Autoscope is the place to go. Nerces, who has the yellow supercharged M3 at the BMW autocrosses is the owner. They have a Hunter rack which is the best in the business. He charges a little more than the others, but I feel it is worth it...

Ask for Dean. He does alignments for a LOT of local racers, and is a (dirtbike) racer himself.

The lifetime place is the Firestone at the corner of Jupiter and Campbell road. You can purchase the lifetime aligment from anyone there, but you have to get James out of the back and tell him what you want.
He will let you sit in the car while it is being aligned. I did that and found out that sitting in the car increased my camber on the driver's side by .2 degrees. Now I know how to get a balanced alignment.
Tell him what you want or tell him how it is handling and how you want it to handle differently and he'll work on it. The really cool deal is that you aren't wasting your money if it doesn't come out like you like, you just go back and have it done over. I had 3 alignments done within a week as I played with different settings.
